[ez] Delete unnecessary `yarn.lock` files

8d021e5d797c5ef3b4e18a0be735c04005f2ae7a configured `./forget` as a workspace 
root, so these `yarn.lock` files in `app/*` and `packages/*` are no longer 
relevant. This PR deletes them to reduce noise and confusion.
